Clare and Keith - Owners

Ok, so a little bit about us and what lies behind Absolute Training Ltd.

We started working together over 7 years ago and launched Absolute training a massive 4 years ago now in the pursuit to help as many people live a healthy and more satisfing lifestyle as possible.

Keith has been teaching since he was school age and it was natural that he would conbine teaching with movement of the body. From that point keith has never stopped learning how to improve the body through corrective exercise, personal nutrition and the right mind set.

Clare’s passion was health and fitness, with a burning desire to help people who really wanted to become rid of all their aliments and needed to know how to go about doing it.

Absolute training is built on a foundation of finding out what is right for your unique indivdual body and then working with your body to help repair itself.

I guess if you could compare humans to something else living, like a plant and that plant was not looking happy or healthy, the first thing you might do is water it, or change the soil it is in, esscencially change what it is growing in. We do this with the human body by changing what you are eating via our Personal nutrition course which we run each couple of months and really find out what you need to eat to make your body work to the best of its ability.

Another thing you might do is change the location of the plant and move it somewhere different. This comparision is not so clear, but what we are saying here is your body needs to move right too. All the bones and tissues need to be in the right location so that the body functions externally and internally correctly. The way we do this is through either One on One Personal Training or Bootcamp both of these services have been designed around correcting your posture and making your bones and your muscles stronger and more functional.
