<p>The next re-weigh and measure session will be on <strong>Sunday 28th March 2010</strong> You have a little bit of time to make a massive difference to your body so:</p>
<p> 1) Get focused in your training session &#8211; set yourself a goal by having a look <a href="http://absolute-training.org/clothes-sizes-uk/" target="_self">here</a></p>
<p>2) Get to  more training sessions (no excuses)</p>
<p>3) If you have the nutrition programme and you have not started it now is the time to get that going.</p>
<p> It is still possible for you to lose another 2 to 4 pound of fat by then or lose that critical 2cm or half inch!!!</p>

<p> So, a note for your diary is <strong>Sunday 28th March</strong><strong>.</strong></p>
<p>Make sure that you come ready to do a little bit of working out as well. You will need to be there for 9.00am.  </p>
