The Absolute Training Personal Nutrition Course
The Absolute Training Personal Nutrition (PN) course is a course gives you control over your health and weight by cutting through the fads and the myths that are presented to you every day as nutritional truths.
If you do suffer from any of the above health problems then it is likely that your diet is not right for you. There is no single healthy diet and as I am sure that you have found, a diet that works for one person often does not work for another. Many of our clients have followed advice of doctors and not been able to resolve their health issues, in fact, they often end up on higher doses of medication over time.
On the PN course you will find out why and how to select the right diet for you. We are all unique, therefore needing a method of determining what is right for us as individuals.

The discussion, personal experience and science based hour and a half sessions will provide you with even more information as people ask questions that are relevant to their situation and we discuss specific topics that are important to you and your family, friends and experiences either in your past or on the course.
So What Will You Have to Do?
Ok, in session 1 we’ll start a tea club; discuss the differences between people and why one diet for all does not work. I’ll explain at length what we are going to do, how it works and what you are going to need to do. We talk about what you want to get from the course and what you are going to put into the course to get it. We discuss chronic degeneration pathways, the root of disease and how food contributes to it. You’ll leave with some food test and feeling state home work.
We’ll kick session 2 off with a discussion about your home work and the results that you got from the food tests. We’ll talk about Macronutrients (fats, protein and carbs) how they affect you and what they are used for. We will dispel the myths surrounding different fats and cholesterol and explain what each type of fat is and what/when it is good in your body. There will be a discussion on organic, free range and factory farmed meat. For home work you will exclude starch from your diet for a week. We will discuss how this will affect you, why you are doing it and what you can expect while doing it.
Session 3 will kick off discussing your detox, whether you managed it and what you experienced. The topics that we will then cover are the affects of sugar, wheat and grain and artificial/non-foods. What the body does with these various foods and what these foods do to you. At the end of the session we’ll talk about the reintroduction of starch and other foods to your nutrition plan and make some life style decisions for the remaining weeks.
Session 4 as always we will start with a discussion of the previous week’s nutritional activity and your discoveries with the re-introduction of starch to your diet. The rest of the session will focus on fruit and vegetables and how the vitamins and minerals affect your pH (acid/alkaline balance). You pH has a massive effect on your health and we will look at the affects of eating incorrectly for your pH type.
Ok, session 5 see us coming into the home straight. In this session we will as always discuss your findings from the week, but our focus will be ways to increase the nutritional density of your eating plan using nutritional dense foods or super foods. We will discuss why they are super or not super. We will look at cost effective and expensive varieties and how and when to implement them into your diet plan. This session will also focus on the keys of life, also known as ENZYMES and how critically important it is to get a good quality supply of them into your diet.
Last one! Session 6! In this session we’ll spend some time recapping some of the key information from the previous sessions but there is still plenty of new information for you in this session too. In session 6 we will talk about the decrease in nutritional quality in our produce and look at various solutions. We will look at the various forms of supplementation from pills to juicing to nutrition shakes and drinks.
Throughout the whole programme we will be relating our findings to the diseases and health problems that are listed on the first page and many more.
It’s an action packed 6 weeks which will require a little commitment, but I know that this won’t be a problem as you are reading this and committed to your health and results. Throughout the 6 weeks you can call and email me to discuss barriers that you have come up against, whether you have done the home work right or just to ask questions that you did not think of when we were together in the group.
